Stand for Trust Board election 2022.
The 2022 Exeter City Supporters Society Ltd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Saturday 12th November 2022 at Exeter Phoenix Theatre, Gandy Street, Exeter commencing at 11:00 AM.
In conjunction with 2022 AGM the Trust Board is opening the election to the Exeter City AFC Supporters Society Trust Board.
Any member aged of 16 or over can stand to become a Trustee providing they are able to pass the English Football League fit and proper test. It is advised however, that joining the Trust Board is a time consuming and often challenging role, but equally, can be extremely rewarding.
It is the Trust’s aim to have a diverse Board, with a broad range of skill sets. It would enhance the Board effectiveness, if you can offer experience in any of the following fields: Law; Commercial & Business Management; Marketing PR & Social Media; Corporate Law & GDPR; IT; and Financial Management If you feel you possess the necessary skills and can devote some time to the role, we encourage you to put your name forward!
The first stage of the election is here. Each candidate must receive nominations from at least three Trust members with a valid Trust Priority Number. The Nomination Form is also available in Microsoft Word format. This year, the Trust is accepting e-signatures on nomination forms.
The nomination stage closes at 12am (midnight) on October 1, 2022 and the next stage of the election will then be confirmed.
