Trust Statement

The Trust Board are aware of current activity on social media in respect of the Trust elections and other matters.

For a number of months, the Trust Board has necessarily been following professional advice.  That advice has always been to respect the confidentiality of individuals and organisations involved.

We have and will continue to comply with this.

We are, of course, concerned that much of what has been written is both inaccurate and untrue.  Nevertheless, we are duty-bound to continue to maintain this confidentiality.

FSA Statement

The FSA recently produced a report which focused on the Exeter City FC Supporters' Trust disciplinary process and was advisory in nature only.

Since producing the report, we have assisted the Exeter City FC Supporters' Trust with a review of their policies and procedures.

The report was marked confidential, not for wider distribution and was provided to the appropriate members of the Exeter City FC Supporters' Trust Board/Disciplinary Panel and other relevant individuals for information. 

For the avoidance of doubt all those in receipt were aware that the report was both advisory and confidential and was provided to them on those terms.
