Trust Ticket Ballot: Chelsea v Liverpool- Carabao Cup Final, Wembley, Feb 25 2024

Your chance to win tickets to the Final.

The Trust and Club are delighted to announce that once again we will have two pairs of EFL Carabao Cup Final tickets on offer for Trust members to buy.

The EFL Carabao League Cup Final will be between Chelsea and Liverpool on Sunday February 25 with a 15:00 kick-off at Wembley Stadium.

The Club hope to receive their full allocation of 12 tickets which we will be in 6 pairs. This year they will be allocated as follows:

1 pair to ECCT (as the Club charity partners)

1 pair to ECI (as the Trust charity partners)

2 pairs to staff incentives (a draw in the same manner as the Trust)

2 pairs to Trust members

Our two pairs of tickets are offered, as usual, to those Exeter City Supporters Trust members wishing to go in the “right to buy” draw for them, one pair for each team @ £97 (an increase from £90 last season) a ticket so £194 for a pair.

Applications to be entered into the draw are now welcome but first read all the blurb below and ensure you send ALL the details requested and in the order below.

As an English Football League Club, ECFC automatically enter the EFL Cup, and this entitles the Club to purchase a number of tickets for the Final. This year we have one pair of tickets for Chelsea and one pair of tickets for Liverpool (the seats are normally on the side near the halfway line). These will be, as always, some of the best seats available and well worth the extra expense.

At most Clubs these are normally all passed out or sold to Directors, Management or members of the playing staff but ECFC are continuing the policy of making sure charity partners, staff, and Trust members  split the allocation and this year the Trust has four tickets, available in two pairs for Trust members to buy.

Please note this match is subject to extra time and penalties if the score remains even at full time. The match could therefore finish approximately 1 hour and 45 mins after kick off (if completed in 'normal' time); 2 hours and 20 mins after kick off (if extra time is played); or up to 2 hours and 50 mins after kick off (if extra time and penalties are required). Getting away from the stadium can then also be quite a slow process.

More details can be found at the Wembley Website at The Carabao Cup Final (wembleystadium.com)

You can only wear appropriate colours for whichever area you take tickets for. No colours from other teams, even our own, are allowed. However normally, whilst not wearing their colours, you can be [quietly] supporting the opposing team to the area you are in, as the area is normally friendly with supporters from various other teams who have received them in the same way as ourselves.

The other conditions that apply are that should you be successful you MUST use one yourself and then take whoever you like with you but you CANNOT take payment for the second ticket and you must sign a disclaimer covering these points when buying the tickets. A contract will be provided for signature.

Any questions just ask me. It is probably quickest to call but I will obviously attempt to answer e-mails as well.

If you wish to be entered for the draw for the right to buy one pair of tickets then please comply with the following instructions.

I am happy to receive applications by phone, in writing, or by e-mail to me using my normal contact details as listed below but these need to reach me by midnight on Friday 9 February.

We will then hope to make the draw on Saturday 10 or Sunday 11 February and advise the winners ASAP afterwards, however we will not be making the draw until after we receive details about the tickets we are to receive so should that be delayed then we will delay the draw and I’ll advise all entrants.

Once the winners are announced you will then need to await confirmation that we have received the tickets which will be electronic.

Once received by the club we envisage that they will be dispatched via email to you but there will be more information on this in due course.

To apply you need to supply me with the following details and in this order please email to Neil Le Milliere. neil_le_milliere@btinternet.com :
