The 2021 Exeter City AFC Supporters Society Ltd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Saturday October 16, 2021 at Exeter Phoenix, Gandy Street, Exeter commencing at 11.00am, prior to the home game v Newport County.

2021 Potential Trust Board Election
In conjunction with 2021 AGM the Trust Board is proposing the following dates for a potential election to the Exeter City AFC Supporters Society Trust Board:
Notice of AGM & Details of Election - 31/07/2021
Deadline for requesting a candidate pack (Midnight) - 21/08/2021
Deadline for submitting a nomination form (Midnight) - 11/09/2021
Deadline for sending out candidate info and ballot papers (Midnight) - 18/09/2021
Deadline for requesting candidate questions for hustings - 02/10/2021
Hustings (coinciding with the Walsall Home Game) - 02/10/2021
Voting Period Open (After Hustings) - 02/10/2021
Deadline for receipt of ballot papers and electronic votes - 09/10/2021
AGM (coinciding with the Newport County Home Game) - 16/10/2021
The following current trustees have reached the end of their three year term and are required to stand down:
Jon Beer
Elaine Davis
Peter Holding
In addition under the trust one third, two thirds rule Yasmin Western has agreed to stand down.
In order to stand for election to the Trust Board you are required to be:
A current trust member aged over 16 at the date of the Election (which is considered the AGM date)
Be nominated by three current Trust members who are members prior to the election eligibility date, 2nd August 2021.
