May Newsletter out now!

Check out the latest from the Supporters' Trust.

I hope that you are all enjoying the summer break - especially without the stress of play-offs! We're all eagerly awaiting the 23rd June, when the fixture lists are release for the 2022/23 season. There's some big matches to look forward to, new grounds to visit, and some we haven't been to for a while!

Despite the absence of football we've been pretty busy and on 11th May Julian and I spend a day at sea with HMS Defender. The ship is closely affiliated with Exeter and I pleased to say we took with us 2 complete sets of kit and some training tops as gifts.

Back on shore the Trust and Club were delighted to get the Clifford Hill development started. A 'Sod Cutting' ceremony was held on 31st May and we're now looking forward to seeing the work actually start. This will commence with the foundations starting to be be laid later this month. Last week I invited our fabulous match day ambassadors into the match day boardroom for tea and biscuits!

Every Monday afternoon we hold an exec-meeting and we invited the Ambassadors to say thank you for their efforts during the season. They were able to ask the exec team questions and, perhaps more importantly, had their photo taken with the L2 Runners Up cup.

Exeter City Disabled Supporters Association Annual General Meeting (AGM) I'd like to make you all aware that the ECDSA will be holding its AGM on Thursday 30th June, with a 6.30pm start up at the football club in the Supporters Trust Suite. All supporters are welcome. Come alone and find out what we do to help Exeter City Football Club to ensure all Supporters with disabilities can have a great match day experience like everyone else attending St James Park.

If you feel you could help the DSA grow by joining the committee or if you’re willing to give the DSA some of your free time please contact them via email: ecfcdsa@gmail.com or enquiries@weownexetercityfc.co.uk.

...and finally! In case you've forgotten! What an amazing team and what such amazing supporters we have!

Our next Trust Board meeting will be held on the 20th June and of course, members are welcome to attend the Part A meeting, commencing at 19:30 at St James Park. It would be lovely to see you there!

Come on you Reds!!!!

Nick Hawker, Chair
