Reminder to get the nominations in.
We'd like to remind to that the Nominations stage for the Trust Board Election 2023 will be closing on Saturday October 14, at 12pm (noon).
We're looking for talented, competent, and aspirational Trust members to join our democratic Board, and would like to inform you that we enter the final few days you can put your name forward to run.
If you would like to join us on the campaign trail, please download the Election Pack and Trust Nomination forms on our AGM Page, and ensure they are sent to our Returning Officer, Rick Williams of the Torquay United Supporters' Trust (TUST) by the deadline.
The form must include three nominations from ECFCST Members, with valid Trust numbers, in order to be eligible to run.
We'd also like to advise that because of the short space of time between now and the deadline, electronic copies will be the only guaranteed forms to return on time. These can be sent to tustsecretary@gmail.com
The election campaign will consist of a hustings and formal voting, before the results are announced at the Annual General Meeting on November 18 at 11:00am, ahead of the Men's League One match against Peterborough United.
The AGM will take place at our usual venue, Exeter Phoenix.
