Exeter City Supporters' Trust Agrees Increased Support for Exeter City Women and Contribution Towards Cliff Hill Facilities

Exeter City Supporters’ Trust has agreed to increase its ongoing financial support for Exeter City Women and to make a significant contribution towards improving facilities at the Cliff Hill Training Ground.

Following discussions at last month's Board meeting, the Trust approved an increase in its annual contribution to the women’s team, doubling the amount provided each year from £12,000 to £24,000. The decision reflects the Trust’s continued commitment to supporting the development and long-term growth of the women’s programme at Exeter City.

Alongside this increased yearly support, the Trust has also agreed to contribute towards new infrastructure at Cliff Hill Training Ground. The funding will support the development of dedicated changing facilities for Exeter City Women, helping to further improve the environment in which the team trains and prepares.

The decision reflects the Trust’s ongoing commitment to supporting the growth and development of the women’s game at Exeter City, as well as ensuring that the team has access to facilities that match the progress being made on the pitch.

Exeter City Women's Manager Abbie Britton says: "The changes to the facilities will make a real difference for the players, giving them a proper space to shower after sessions and helping CHTG become a genuine home venue for the women’s team. Small things like this go a long way in improving the overall environment and experience for the squad."

Improving the infrastructure at Cliff Hill will provide a more suitable base for the women’s programme and represents another step forward in the continued development of Exeter City Women.
