Trust Membership Status Check – Please Read

We are currently receiving a high number of enquiries from supporters asking whether they are still Trust Members. To help us speed up ticketing processes and ensure a smooth sales experience for everyone, we are asking all Members to check their membership status in the ECFC Trust app.


Please Check Your Membership Status

Open the Trust Membership app and confirm that your current status is showing correctly as Gold, Silver, or Non-Member.


If you have not yet downloaded the Trust Membership app, you can find it by searching “ECFC Membership Card” in your device’s app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Once downloaded, log in using the email address linked to your Trust Membership.


Need Help or Something Doesn’t Look Right?

If your status appears incorrect, or you cannot access your account, please contact the Membership Secretary:

Important: Upcoming Ticketing Information

We are still awaiting information regarding our Emirates FA Cup 3rd round trip to Manchester City. We will email all eligible Members ahead of the ticket sales period, confirming:

  • Gold Member priority dates

  • Silver Member priority dates

  • General sale information


If you are not currently receiving Trust emails or newsletters, please log in to the Trust Membership system (VeryConnect) and ensure the email address listed is up to date.
