Re-Run Election 2023: Voting Email Troubleshooting

Updated: Jan 10

Voting for the Re-Run 2023 Election is open!

Members will have been emailed a link through which you can cast your vote.

The subject of this email will be [First Name], vote in the Trustee Elections, with the sender displaying as Sent on behalf of the Exeter City Supporters' Trust by Mi-Voice. The sender's email address will be elections@mi-voice.com.

Postal ballots have been sent to members for whom the Supporters' Trust does not have a registered email address. Instructions on how to return these are included in the posted pack.

I've not received my voting email, what should I do?

Firstly, please check your junk/spam folder. The re-run 2023 election is being conducted by a new polling company, Mi-Voice, which could be potentially flagging up as spam. Please check for an email with the subject and sender listed above.

If your voting email is not in your junk/spam folder, it is possible that your email is not correct on the Supporters' Trust database. Due to current GDPR restrictions, changes to your email address on the Club and CCT databases do not transfer to the Trust database.

If you have not received your voting email, please contact the Trust Secretary, via trust.secretary@ecfcst.org.uk, at your earliest opportunity to request a voting email.

Alternatively, members can request a voting email directly from Mi-Voice using their membership number and email address here (https://www.mi-vote.com/secure/exeterafc). Please note that this method will not update your email address on the Trust database.

Voting closes at noon on Friday, January 19. The results will be announced at 10.30am on January 20, ahead of the fixture against Cambridge United.
