AGM and Election 2021

The Exeter City AFC Supporters Society Ltd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at Exeter Phoenix, Gandy Street, Exeter commencing at 11.00am, prior to the home game v Newport County.

The following are the key dates in relation to the AGM.

  • September 18 - Deadline for Members Resolutions and/or Agenda Items AGM

  • September 25 - Agenda & Meeting Pack Despatched with Proxy Details

  • October 15 - Deadline for receiving proxy papers

  • October 16 – AGM (Newport County Home Game)

Detailed arrangements will be published near the time on the Club and Trust websites.


In conjunction with 2021 AGM the Trust Board is proposing the following dates for a potential election to the Exeter City AFC Supporters Society Trust Board.

  • September 11 (midnight) - Deadline for submitting a nomination form

  • September 18 (midnight) - Deadline for sending out candidate info and ballot papers.

  • October 2 - Deadline for requesting candidate questions for hustings

  • October 2 - Hustings (coinciding with the Walsall Home Game)

  • October 2 - Voting Period Open (After Hustings)

  • October 9 - Deadline for receipt of ballot papers and electronic votes

  • October 16 - AGM and Confirmation of Results (coinciding with the Newport County Home Game)

The following current trustees have reached the end of their three-year term and are required to stand down.

  • Jon Beer

  • Elaine Davis

  • Peter Holding

In addition, under the Trust’s ‘one third, two thirds’ rule, Yasmin Western has agreed to stand down.

In order to stand for election to the Trust Board you are required to be:

  • A current trust member aged over 16 at the date of the Election (which is considered the AGM date)

  • Be nominated by three current Trust members who are members prior to the election eligibility date, August 2, 2021.
