Appointment of Trustees to serve upon the Exeter City Club Board

Following June's Trust Board meeting, The Exeter City Supporters' Trust are pleased to announce the election of three trustees to the Club Board, each of whom will also serve as Chair of their respective sub-committees.

Clive Harrison has been elected to the Club Board and will continue his role as the Chair of the Supporter Experience Sub-Committee, and will be the Director of Supporter Engagement.

Julen Beer Ayo has been elected to the Club Board and will continue his role as Chair of the Community Club Board Sub-Committee, and will be Director of Community Engagement.

Nick Edwards has been elected to the Club Board and will take over Steve Chudley's role as Chair of the Finance & Governance Club Board Sub-Committee, and will be Director of Finance & Governance.

Steve Chudley has stepped down from his previous role as director, but will continue to be involved with both the Trust and Club Finance & Governance committees. The Trust would like to extend its gratitude to Steve for his dedicated work and commitment over the years.

Former Trustee and Club Director Peter Holding has been co-opted to the Trust Board.

Nick Hawker will remain as the Trust Board Chair.

The appointment of the trustees to serve upon the Exeter City Club Board takes place every June, as that is required in line with the club's financial year. Full minutes of the meeting will be available in July, once approved at the next meeting.
