A very hot Sunday morning at the Cliff Hill saw 8 teams competing in our 3rd annual 7-a-side football tournament. Teams from - Arque, Tamar Security, HEL, Pipers Farm, SW Comms, WA Consultants, Signs Express & Taylor Lew contested not one, but two trophies! The Champions League " Cup saw - WA Consultants beat SW Comms 2:1 The "Europa Cup" going to Arque who overcame Tamar Security 2: 0 Finalists of both games pictured below with WA in the white kit & Arque in purple. Huge thanks to all teams taking part & to our sponsors HEL & The Light Brown Partnership. Thanks too to CCT for providing our match officials & importantly to Matt Moore who had the original idea & organised the day so efficiently for the 3rd time! This year many more families came to support their men folk so the event is now firmly established & we're looking forward to the next one, but hoping it won't be quite so hot in 2024!
