Nick Hawker Pre-Match | One Of Our Own Cup

Updated: May 16

Supporters' Trust Chairman Nick Hawker spoke to the press ahead of the One Of Our Own Cup.

"The two charities in Exeter, Exeter City Community Trust and Exeter Community Initiatives, have done tremendous work over the last 12 months and during Covid supporting families and we really wanted to try and raise some money for them. We thought this virtual game would be a really great opportunity to do that, as well as being able to involve some of the Junior Grecians in having a fun day out at St James Park".

"There are tickets on sale if you go to the club website. I don't think they're overly expensive, but every penny will go to one of the two charities. We'll split it 50/50 and there's no costs coming out of that: half of the revenue will go to each one of the charities. Thank you to all those people who have already bought a ticket. Please, if you haven't done so already, get on your laptops and buy one. You'll be testing our new ticketing system at the same time, which is an added bonus"!

"Our corporate sponsors, both Trust and Club sponsors, are always amazing. Thank you to all of them. Not just for this game but for all the help they give us over the course of a season".
